This BORLA(r) Cat-Back(tm) system is tuned for performance and sound for the 2.4L engine in the BRZ and GR86. Our S-Type sound level is designed to bring out the Subaru engine rumble and provides a moderate sound without any drone.
This system features 5″ black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips but is also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. For ease of installation, this Cat-Back(tm) is a direct bolt on part and does not require cutting. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
BORLA pioneered the use of aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel tubing, a material with a higher content of carbon and nickel that won’t rust or corrode, for the automotive exhaust aftermarket. Each system is built from T-304 stainless steel to give you the absolute best in performance and durability.
